Darren MacLean, EditorPurveyor of dreadful jokes, painful puns and cast iron solutions to your editing and workflow problems, Darren spends his waking hours mobilizing technology. Such is his dedication to post production that he has gone for weeks without sleep, sunlight or breathing fresh air. Perfectly suited to being a submariner, then: the Royal Navy’s loss is our gain. -
John Devine, Dubbing MixerIreland’s gift to audio post production displays a fondness for country music, ’72 Telecasters, David Brown tractors and old school trainers. Admittedly, none of those are a pre-requisite for Olympic standard dubbing and track-laying. However, John can detect sounds that dolphins, bats and NATO listening posts can’t. -
Maria Hannah, Post Production ProducerAfter successful periods in post production in France and London, Maria has been tempted back to Glasgow to head up the team at The Hive. What Maria doesn't know about tailoring editing and audio to create seamless workflow isn't worth knowing - post-production is her sixth sense. A devotee of folk instruments like the ukulele and banjo, Maria's zeal flies in the face of expert opinion; Billy Connolly deemed her banjo unplayable. Oh well… -
